“Ordered two banners - one was perfect, the other one was blurry. Went over with the art department on the phone and was told logo looks good. They print and ship and its terrible, cant use. I sent over 5 emails and got the response "we cant view your picture", "we can't open your video file", all tactics to just delay and not fix the issue. Finally just asked for a refund and they complied. Will not use this company again.”

“I have been back and forth since May 2nd trying to resolve the issue. I was supposed to have this before my event May6th. The representative made all necessary changes. Still explaining the changes. I received the one he canceled and it was damaged. So, here I go again trying to explain it all over again. Diana Ayala”

“The quality and price and turnaround time was great but I was a bit disappointed that after the approved corrections were made the design was not adjusted and moved down and part of the logo is cut off. Also I had asked for my website to be added at the bottom and it was not. See photo”
