“My retractable banner was printed quickly and looks great! The only reason I took a star off and didn't give it 5 stars was because the bag they shipped my banner in was ripped/torn. But, I believe they are going to do the right thing and ship me a new bag. I am awaiting their response. But, I have used them for many years and they do excellent work.”

“The company delivered a banner that was not properly aligned which caused it to buckle. I sent the company photos and they approved a new banner. The company sent me an email stating it's out for delivery and the date shown was before my event, but the banner never arrived. Very disappointing!!”
