Absolutely love our banner. Great quality and vibrant colors. My only suggestion would be is to make the supporting pole thicker, if possible. Mine bowed during an outdoor event with a little wind. I was able to bend it back easily, but that means the metal is thin.

#600321360 D Scott Parmer, 717-475-3629 PLEASE HELP!! Sent artwork with intentional white space at bottom. Had phone conversation with rep named Harley who confirmed and noted that production would be advised of this intentional white space. Sign arrived to me and the white space was gone and the image was stretched to cover it which also through the artwork out of proportion. I have called twice and spoke to Kim who indicated they would address this and get back to me with new proof. I have yet to hear back from anyone so I am still without a sign

I set the banner up fully. I noticed a couple of things: The text in particular is pretty pixelated, which makes the email address a little difficult to read It seems like the pixelation distorted the QR code enough that the QR code does not even work, and this is the whole point of this banner
