“BuildASign has truly gone above and beyond with its customer service. We ordered two banners from them and one came out great, and the second had part of the image cut off at the top. I called their customer service and explained this to the representative. She was extremely helpful and immediately requested their design team to fix it and ship us a new banner. It came out perfect and we are so pleased with the quality of the banners!! Great company, with amazing customer service!”
