“Sign was what I wanted but the retractable stand was bent and damaged when I received it. Which ticked me off because of timing. However I reached out to customer service and they did replace the sign and stand with no problem.”

“We ordered the retractable banners from build a sign and they arrived in a timely manner and were packaged very well! I love the carrying case they came with. They are very easy to set up and take down. Our daughter used them on stage for a speech and they looked amazing! We will definitely order again! Great quality!”

“Very nice not much in difference in quality from the competitor that charges a lot more money.”

“There is a white edge around the artwork and the artwork seems to be pulling off at the top right corner of the stand.”

“We ordered a retractable banner back in November for delivery the first of December. We never received order due address issue, but we were never notified. After several calls and a few representatives, we were able to get our order rescheduled. We were promised we'd receive the order by December 17th (5 days after reorder). We did not receive order until January 3rd. Build a sign is not customer oriented and hard to get anyone to help over the phone. We are a print shop looking to outsource. We will not use again.”
