“Lately, within the past 6 months mistakes have been made and sent out. Final prints do not match the Proofs that get created from their online editing software. The Proof looks excellent and the final looks like a new employee printed it up on his first day. Maybe they are growing too fast? Employees should match up the final print with the Proof not only for spelling but for placement of text and graphics.”

“We were designing a backdrop banner (go figure) and submitted our design with no hitches. Then I received an email notification saying that the production on it had halted due to low resolution on a logo included. The link provided simple instructions to resolve it and I was soon notified via a phone call that everything would resume the original production and delivery schedule. Was an A+ experience.”
