“I order 30 parking signs. They shipped separately. I got the first batch of 5 and one of those had a print error. It took another 4 days to get my other 25 parking signs. When I alerted customer service to the error on the one parking sign they offered to replace it at no charge. It will take another 4-6 days to get. Seems as though they are taking care of things.”

“I had a back-n-forth hassel about the resolution. Finally, someone said, "why don't you use our template for the text and send us a better graphic?" There was a template for the text? This is the 4-5th order and I never new that. I did that and the backdrop banners are MUCH clearer than in the past. Maybe I missed that clue in the on-line purchase process but if I missed it, others might too.”
