“I ordered the retractable banner and upgraded to a better holder. Unfortunately there was a defect in the product and it was stuck in the holder and took a screw driver to release it. Then once I had it retracted completely the inside spring released and made it impossible to retract it back in to the holder. The manufacturer was apologetic and although I had to use the defective product during a convention and manually roll it up later to transport it they did offer to send me out another product. I have not had a chance to even open up the new product so I am hoping it turns out OK. Since they were willing to send out another product I am giving them 3 stars.”
