“It's not that the banner itself is defective. I coach a softball team and seek out businesses for sponsorship. The business owner messed up the last digit of his phone number. It should have been a 6, not 7. Less than 15 minutes after making the order I found his mistake so I went to your online Chat, which was down due to it being a weekend. I immediately filled out a "Contact Us" form requesting the change. I never heard a word and still got the defective banner. I can't put up a banner that doesn't work for the owner. I'm disappointed.
