“Getting order was a painful process. Apparently there was some miscommunication between BuildASign and UPS because one said it was shipped while the other said they hadn’t even received the package. Needless to say, I did not receive the banner for the original event I purchased it for because BuildASign said they couldn’t do anything until the scheduled delivery date had passed. I had to wait until after that date to request a new sign be shipped to me. I gave this review 3 stars because the second order was shipped and delivered to me promptly, however, the banner started falling asleep (one side came out of the thing it is attached to at the top) before its first use.”

“The retractable mechanism wasn't working properly i had to open it and retension it all over And the aluminum stand is scratched and the bag looks like it was used before it has a hole where the tension pin goes”
