“Terrible!!! !. You changed my design by adding "Your Plate" on the bottom when sending it to your art department. 2. Your art department sent the correction request to ???? address on May 29, I NEVER receive. 3. Eventually I received another email on June 6, telling me they will print it on June 7, 4 days latter than June 3 that I should received. 4. I called today, June 7 to find out what is the problem you made and clarify my original design and find that I need to wait until June 17 to receive it. Two weeks delay the original plan date, June 3. I have an urgent need to show the police the plate mounted on my car. Please expedite. Thanks! Dominic”
