“We ordered a retractable banner back in November for delivery the first of December. We never received order due address issue, but we were never notified. After several calls and a few representatives, we were able to get our order rescheduled. We were promised we'd receive the order by December 17th (5 days after reorder). We did not receive order until January 3rd. Build a sign is not customer oriented and hard to get anyone to help over the phone. We are a print shop looking to outsource. We will not use again.”
