“When I needed to make a design change to my retractable banner, I was told all I needed to do was to make the changes and then call back in to confirm the changes were received. I did exactly as told and was told by the person on the phone that the changes were received and the order was placed into production. HOWEVER, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! And they would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for screwing up my order other than sending it via expedited shipping. I have gone back to Vistaprint and will not do business with this organization again! I am telling anyone who cares to listen to stay away from you and all the other companies they have started under different names to avoid the bad reviews this company consistently gets!”

“I created and uploaded a photo to be printed on a license plate. I understand that colors may vary from device to device, therefore, I checked the color and quality of the build a sign proof that was provided to me online, on two separate devices. It looked GREAT! I continued with the purchase and was very excited to get my product. However, when the product arrived, the colors were very off. The blue was a different shade (which I was willing to overlook), but what was supposed to be red was more of a peach or coral color. I provided a photo of the product received, in natural light, to customer service, to be reviewed by the quality team. After several days, I received an email stating that the photo I uploaded was supersaturated and that they would be willing to reproduce, at company cost, assuming I would pay shipping. Again, I understand that this can happen when uploading photos and how quality, color and resolution can differ. However, the product proof provided by the company looked fantastic! I do not feel that I should have to pay shipping on something where your proof showed me was going to print properly. I am disappointed with the response via customer service, although I understand she is just doing her job. If the photo that I uploaded was supersaturated, then the proof should not have shown correctly. This was my second purchase in so many years from this company, and the second time I was disppointed. (Although the first issue was fixed quickly, efficiently and paid by the company with amazing customer service). I was not offered a full refund, however, a refund of just over $6. I just wanted a completed (and correct product) but now, after all of the back and forth, I just want to be done. I no longer recommend this company and will not be making further purchases. Disheartened by this order and the way it was handled.”

“It arrived quickly, was well packaged; however, one of the letters had a small chip off of it. Also, it does not appear to be that durable of a sign; I am sure the lettering/background can very easily be scratched off. I coated it with three layers of clear coat to help make it more durable.”
