“The signs are great. However, the shipping, even for ground, is quite slow. They advertise free shipping, if you oder a minimum dollar amount, but there's always shipping even when meeting the criteria. I love the signs but probably won't order again due to this fact.”

“I bought 3 signs for our town cemetery. I ordered it with the extra protective coating. 2 were excellent, 3rd had 3 digs in it which would rust over time. They promptly replaced the sign with the digs, but the new sign also had digs in it. I can't wait anymore on the sign installation and will touch up the paint myself. Build a sign needs to tell their employees to be more careful in handling the signs as they were well packaged so damaged before they left their factory. Otherwise, I really like the signs. I have 3 more signs to order and will see how that comes out.”
