“Very disappointing experience. As you can see, the printing looks like pointillism. My artwork file isn't pixelated or fuzzy, but the sign unfortunately is. I understand how printers work with dots of CMYK, but the scattering of ink outside of the lines of the text as well as the whitespace within the text isn't great looking. The support team tried to blame my file resolution (high 300 ppi), but there is no amount of zooming in my crisp artwork that would show ink spots outside of the font lines as printed. Will not purchase from here again.”

“This is the first time I used your company to order a sign for my job. As a real estate agent, I've had to buy several signs for my listings and I've never been so disappointed with an order like I am now. I was not home when the package arrived, therefore, I was not able to say anything or question the delivery guy. I found the package completely folded in half with no note or explanation for the cause of it. I've attached the pictures of the package and of the sign of how it looked after taking it out of the box. As you can see, there is absolutely no way I can use this for display. I have no idea if it was the delivery company's fault or the packaging from your company but I would like a refund. As we know, the sign is made of aluminum, a material that is not easily moldeable, so whoever was transporting it had absolutely no regard for it. The package arrived one day earlier than expected but I would've preferred a late arrival than a completely bent sign.”
