“The signs are great, however my order got put on hold and no one informed me until I wrote in to see where my order was. This happened twice. My order took over a month due to this lack of communication.”

“First set of signs looked nice except they came scratched and folded at the top. Spoke to customer service and they shipped new signs. They came bent too just like the first batch. This caused me to have to present our signs on sandwich boards for our event damaged. Boxes for the second signs were thrown away. Now customer service tells me they cannot help because I don't have the stupid boxes??? We are very disappointed & frustrated!!!”
