“Never got the order. A week or so after I place the order, I got an email saying that the order was canceled, due to a technical glitch. When I inquired what the glitch was, I was told that they couldn't disclose that over the phone, because it was "too technical" and I wouldn't understand. Will order from someone else next time.”

“I am an interior designer, I had signs made to put in front of a clients house when I am working on a project for marketing. The signs came out beautiful. They are sturdy and the metal frame is very durable. Would recommend to everyone that needs to make a sign. Lisa”

“We still have not received our banner. I was contacted through email to inform me that our package was returned to your company due to an issue with the physical address. I responded to the email and confirmed the address on March 12, 2026. I have heard nothing from your company as to what is transpiring in regard to our banner. This has been a very frustrating! The order was placed on February 26, 2026...”
