“I had a very disappointing experience with the art department at BuildASign. Communication was difficult from the start, and the representative I spoke with came across as short-tempered and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve questions about my design, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. The situation became so frustrating that I ultimately decided to cancel a larger order I had planned. Customer service should make the process easier, especially for something as important as custom signage, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. I hope the company takes steps to improve communication and professionalism within their art department, as this experience did not meet expectations.”
