“I had a very disappointing experience with the art department at BuildASign. Communication was difficult from the start, and the representative I spoke with came across as short-tempered and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve questions about my design, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. The situation became so frustrating that I ultimately decided to cancel a larger order I had planned. Customer service should make the process easier, especially for something as important as custom signage, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. I hope the company takes steps to improve communication and professionalism within their art department, as this experience did not meet expectations.”

“Turned out great my client loves it, the colors are perfect. I think next time I’ll get a 3’x10’ on some fences 3’ would be better”

“Not a fan. The image was stretched and distorted. Difficult to read. Can’t use them.”

“Love how this turned out! I place across my windshield when holding an open house. It’s soft so no scratches to my car. A real attention getter and actually brought a home buyer in to my open house.”
