“Fast turn around! The banner material is nice quality and the whole thing came in a convenent carry case. The base is very light weight, and we were under a tent open to the outside, the slightest breeze would blow it over, so we put weights on the stand and that did the trick. If we were inside, it would be perfect!”

“DO NOT waste your money on this hand held extendable pole. It’s poorly designed and does not even hold the flag it was purchased for. The grommet clips barely make it to the grommet and it doesn’t allow the flag to fully open when holding upright. Definitely NOT work $15.”

“Nice sign. It was weird it came with no holes and CS says not recommended to drill holes. Drilling holes worked fine and was the only way to use it”

“Very impressed with the quality of my step and repeat banner and the frame. Fairly simple instructions. It took several tries to find the right file formats to send them that were high quality (my fault, not BuildASign’s), and customer service was great. Even with the delay that my upload issues caused, it still arrived on time. Would order from them again.”

“Never got the order. A week or so after I place the order, I got an email saying that the order was canceled, due to a technical glitch. When I inquired what the glitch was, I was told that they couldn't disclose that over the phone, because it was "too technical" and I wouldn't understand. Will order from someone else next time.”
