“Very stressful process- I had to hand hold my order to make sure I would receive my sign in time for my son's graduation party. I ordered on a Wednesday, followed-up two days later (that Friday) to make sure everything looked good and we would be moving forward. They said yes, everything look good, and I approved the order/sign via email. The following Tuesday I called to find out why I did not receive a shipping notification and they told me there was a glitch in the system and I needed to cancel and reorder. WHAT?!?! I received no notification that there was any issue. If I had not been following my sign through this process, I would have had no idea that there was a glitch. I explained to customer service that I needed it by Thursday for Friday's graduation party. They said they could not do that, there was nothing they could do, AND did not EVEN apologize. I asked for a supervisor, and begged the supervisor to help me. I explained how desperate I was and had no other choice, it was too late to go anywhere else. I had to convince her that it was their fault (obviously it was - but had no empathy or even an apology to me) and I needed my sign regardless of what it would take on their end – it was their fault their mistake AND they needed to make it right with the customer. Basically she took pity on me and said that she would try to do it for me. Thank goodness she did it, and was able to quickly process it at the same shipping cost that I had originally agreed to. I DID receive the sign early Friday for the party. I was very thankful. However the stress around this process with this company was definitely not worth it. I will never use this company again. Again it wasn't that a glitch happened, because things do happen, it was the fact that they had no safeguards in place to assure that if a glitch does happen, they would immediately be notified and take care of it (as well as contact the customer immediately).”
