“So my order was submitted Aug 14 and when I received it the color was completely wrong as it arrived blue instead of purple. After many exhausting phone calls I finally received the correct flag Sep 16. Unacceptable in my opinion. Quality product and very affordable. Just wish customer experience was better”

“twice you shipped me a product printed incorrectly - once one side was right side up and the other sideways and the second time one side was right side up and the other upside down. The flags were for my daughter's wedding and we were not able to use them. what a disappointment.”
