“The review on the quality of the flag is great, VERY WELL MADE, BUT, the flag is so heavy that it does not fly, Most flags fly/wave etc in a light breeze, this one needs significant wind to even move. The customer service response is slow and doesnt really fully address your issues. HOPING they can at least eventually answer the actual questions. SO FAR this flag is best used as a wall art as it doe not qulify as a flag. TOO HEAVY!”

“The overall print quality was nice. However, they pieced the flag incorrectly and it took nearly two months of emails to get the problem fixed. I ended up having to cover the cost of a reprint to get what I originally ordered. I do not appreciate the time wasted nor being told it was done correctly when it clearly wasn't.”
