Hello Scott, We apologize for the inconvenience with this order. An email was sent requesting a higher-resolution image and the order was placed on hold awaiting your response, however, a response was never received. Our art team updated the image as best as we could and the order was sent to print. This was the reason for the delay. We have issued a credit of $10.00 back to your original payment for the inconvenience caused. “The print is all hanging off the flag, very dissapointed, basically a waste of a bunch of money, when they saw it was going to completely be off the flag "which it shouldnt have per image" they should have contacted me, they had more than enough background for this not to have happend, or they could have shrunk it before they printed it.”
