“I created my banner, placed my order, order was received and acknowledged by Build a Sign. Two days later I received an email telling me the order was cancelled due to an internal error. I needed the banner in time for a 60th birthday party. I promptly called to express my disappointment. The customer service rep helped me create a new, much better banner. She assured me I would have the new banner in time for the party and she even said I would not have to pay for rush shipping. After a half hour on the phone, and before the order was finalized, we got disconnected. I completed the order, but wasn't completely sure the order went through. I then placed another call and spoke to another person. She corrected something on the banner, and put the order through for me. She also promised the banner would be delivered one day before the party. However I did have to pay for rush shipping. I was ok with that because I was given a discount on the price of the banner because my original order was cancelled. On the expected delivery day, I tracked delivery and it said the banner was to be delivered on the Monday after the party. I got on the phone again and expressed my extreme frustration and disappointment. She confirmed the banner would be delivered after the party. She offered to refund the amount of the rush shipping but not the cost of the banner itself. I told her that was unacceptable. She put me on hold and came back and said I would receive a full refund. Sure enough, today, two days AFTER the party, the banner showed up. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with Build a Sign.”
