“I ordered a couple of custom “Welcome Home” banners from this company years ago. One with a picture and one without. So I knew when it came time for my husband’s military retirement ceremony I knew where to go. The picture was a little bit more pixelated than I had expected, BUT I think that may have been my error in zooming the picture in to much. Overall, GREAT product. It came in a timely manner and just like I customized it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

“Myself and my partner have ordered many banners. This time I was able to test customer service and they failed. The banner was due here on the 9th and I called a couple days ago to say something is wrong and It’s not going to be delivered in time and they said there’s nothing they can do until it passes the delivery date. I told them that the UPS System said the package had not been received but they insisted I wait until after the 9th before they would take any action. A day after I called them, miraculously the delivery date was changed to almost a week later on the 14th. Customer service should’ve taken some ownership and contacted UPS as a follow up and updated to get it to me quicker. Our scheduled ceremony for which the banner was the focus will now be canceled. To be fair, this is the first problem I’ve had, but it’s the one where I needed help and did not get it.”
