“We place orders with Build a Sign all throughout the year. We placed this order and paid extra money to have them deliverd on June 2nd. Not only were they late, but they showed up just 5 days prior to the event making them not very efficient at all. I will be calling but sat on hold for over an hour last Friday to check on our order (after it was already 3 days late), and finally gave up. They showed up after 3pm on Tuesday, June 9th when they were guarateed (and paid!) to arrive on the 2nd. Our event is this coming Sunday, the 14th.”

“The banner is beautiful, but I can’t use it. It has a large QR Code on it that doesn’t work. I asked multiple times for the company to make sure it worked on the banner before sending. They didn’t. It doesn’t. I can’t use it.”
