“I am as always impressed with the service. The design tool is really good. If the graphics arent high quality, you receive an email about moving forward with it. The production time was also quick. The only issue i had on a former order is that four feather flags without poles were shipped in two packages. I felt they should have been placed on one box. My shipper lost one of the bags so I only got two of the four flags I wanted. I cant blame your company but I did not like that something so small was divided into two packages.”
