Dear Darin, Thanks for your patience, we've looked into this for you and it looks like you ordered the Free digital version of the Just Can't Wait Card. You should have received an email guiding you to download the 'pass' to your digital wallet, but at such a busy time of year it may have been missed! We will send this to you again, hopefully this resolves this for you. If you'd prefer a traditional plastic card, you can purchase one securely via our website.
