“This is very good when you are desperate. However there are some shops that do not recognise this and will not budge when asked and shown card/app.”

Hi there, Thank you so much for your review - the card is a communication tool, as opposed to a pass to use any toilet. We are working to raise awareness with all levels of community to improve everyone's understanding of what it's like to live with a bladder and or bowel condition.
