“I have not used my ‘Just can’t wait’ card yet but ......... I feel much more secure knowing that I’ve got it with me when I am out and knowing that I have the support of the Bldder and Bowel community .”

“I applied for the card (I tried 4 times and it didn’t arrive), then I contacted the customer service (several times, no much help…), I sent my details to them asking if they can get the card for me and send it to me…but they just said to check my email spam!!! Of course the problem wasn’t that!then they didn’t reply me anymore… Terrible service! 0 stars”
