“the pass is so emberassing and does not look legitimate. i feel to embarrased to even use it since it says "just can't wait on it". please change it to look serious and medical.”

“It's really helpful as I have both bladder and bowel issues which results in accidents happening when I am out and about which can be extremely embarrassing. The card has really helped when there have been no public toilets around and I have had to ask to use both shops or restaurants/cafes toilets.”
