“Why should we have to give a card to someone to use the restroom. That’s embarrassing, it’s more dehumanization.. I’m not trying to be rude, it’s not you all that I’m angry with, it’s the world.”

Dear Anna, We're so sorry to hear you feel this way - we agree, use of a toilet is a human right. It's not dignified to be denied use, however, we recognise that in businesses and private spaces, we must ask permission to be in a space which would not normally be open to the public.
