“All sounds very nice. Turn up at a business and ask if you can use their facilities. However, how do we know which ones provide the service, and asking them can be an embarrasrment for the card holder and business. Do we just go wander around the various possibilities and hope for the best? I am not saying that there should be a sign in the window, which I think might be a mistake by causing abuse of the system. But, to have a useable map on a phone application showing who is providing access, would be very useful.”

Dear Malvern, Thank you for your feedback, we hear you! It's not an easy situation to manage. We are running a toilet scheme which aims at educating businesses of the issues people face, and the reasons they may need to use a toilet urgently.
