Hi there Kelly, The digital card is free and all you need is a smartphone will Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to use it. You'll need to make sure you're all set up before you complete the form on our website, and then you should be guided through to download the card to your digital wallet. Just visit bladderandbowel.org and you'll find the Just Can't Wait Card page on our website. Alternatively you can purchase a plastic card, the process for this is currently via post.
