“Went into my first shop with this card and it was a horrible experience. The staff had no idea what it was. It was a very awkward conversation and an extremely unpleasant time for myself. I do not feel confident to ever use it again.”

Hello there, Thank you for your honest review, we're very sorry to hear that your first experience was so distressing. We hope you are ok. We'd like to reassure you that this is not a common response to the card, but we do know that there are still people out there that are either unable to help, or less informed of bladder and bowel conditions. Our mission is to educate organisations like this, and have a special campaign running - it just takes time.
