“Ordered this on line, my cousin helped me fill the form in, which was easy to navigate, asked my doctor for help as was having problem with needing to go loo unexpectedly whilst out and about, and she hadn't got a clue how to help me, thank goodness I now have something to show if I'm taken short whilst out and about whilst shopping or other commitments, so many public toilets have closed down now and was I finding it stressful finding somewhere when desperately needing to go”

“All sounds very nice. Turn up at a business and ask if you can use their facilities. However, how do we know which ones provide the service, and asking them can be an embarrasrment for the card holder and business. Do we just go wander around the various possibilities and hope for the best? I am not saying that there should be a sign in the window, which I think might be a mistake by causing abuse of the system. But, to have a useable map on a phone application showing who is providing access, would be very useful.”

We are running a toilet scheme which aims at educating businesses of the issues people face, and the reasons they may need to use a toilet urgently.
