“I've only been part of this for a couple of weeks. But already the bladder and bowel can't wait card has been such a help. Staff in shops have been so helpful and it hasn't been embarrassing explaining my needs when all I've had to do is show them my card on my phone. It's been a life saver...well a bit dramatic... it's been knicker saving, if you know what I mean .”
