“Have only recently downloaded the card so have not needed to use it but because I travel on the train often I always place myself beside the toilet and always have my digital card to show if I need it”

“A simple and very useful product. As I haven't yet needed to use it in a shop etc, I just wonder if retail or hospitality staff are aware of the card, and whether they are compliant.”
