“Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I sent five emails and never received a single reply. I took out a one-year subscription and started five months ago, and there hasn’t been a single month without delivery delays. At the moment, the delivery is almost one month late.
For products that are supposedly health-related, it’s impossible to follow the protocol properly, so this is really not serious. A huge disappointment—very amateur. As a result, I strongly doubt the quality of the product.”

Two things I’d like to have more :)
- be able to track the impact of the vitamins on me - perhaps with blood tests, it is just more complicated and expensive to do those monthly
- have a spare bottle, to have oneat home and another one when travelling.
