If you want an easy life and you have like most of us metric fittings on your plumbing, dont buy this item, it has three outlets all imperial BSP and it just means altering sizes if you have an existing shower.I am not sure on what is allowed and what is nmaufacturer preference but this shower does not getvery hot only acceptably hot due to its built in safety feature, which even if maxed out is not steaming hot by a long long way,it is cheap .it doe sthe job and it looks good but not a performer by a long way

I've recently ordered 4 radiators and 4 sets of valves from soak.com. The on-line ordering process was simple and found the heat-calculator to be helpful and straightforward to use. However the next day after ordering (a week before my order was due to arrive) I found I needed to cancel the one of the radiators and one of the valve sets; I had to phone to do this and whilst the process did take a long time, but lots of queries and being put on hold on quite a few occasions, the assistant was polite and helpful, and my item was cancelled and I was promised a refund shortly. I immediately received an email to say I would receive the refund in 2-12 workings days. I am now past the period of 12 workings days but still haven't received a refund, and no response to my email to soak.com about this. As the amount I'm waiting for is around £230 I'm obviously keen to have it back.

It took more than 2 weeks to even get the confirmation of the order and another week to get the delivery confirmation. Not satisfied at all. In the past they have provided good service

Radiator doesn’t give off enough heat... Looks good put don’t buy if you like your room to be hot we have got 3 in our living room and still not warm enough... Wish we wouldn’t of brought them the 3 cost just under £900....

Radiator is lovely. I’m annoyed that the valves were no good though, even though I ordered the recommended ones. I had to get different ones, which held the job up. Haven’t bothered sending them pack as plumber lost the box.
