“The item is fine but poor service from Bathroom mountain.
Item wasn’t delivered on the arranged day. They didn’t communicate this, wouldn’t chase up the courier they used for an update and didn’t keep me informed as to the situation.
Better communication is needed, sending an email takes seconds.”
“Worst for delivery...we ordered and confirmed that order will be delivered on Friday. We needed it as soon as possible as plumber was working already in the bathroom. We rang on Friday as delivery did not arrive till late, we rang and they said its not out for delivery for xyz reason. So, our bathroom work has stopped because of them. Plumber was not happy and we ended up the job postponing for 5 days. They could only deliver it on Tuesday even though they promise they will deliver it on Monday.
Also, do no forget they charge £25 for a pallet delivery. So, even though charging this much money for delivery they can still go wrong.”
