I got a refund straight away for first one , still no response on what there doing with the second one very poor service there as to be a problem with these trays”

“I don’t know as it hasn’t arrived it was meant to be here last Wednesday and this is now Sunday and it still isn’t here. I had someone waiting at home for 3 days and it never arrived nobody called to say it wouldn’t be here and on Friday when I called I was told that it had arrived in the dept at 4am. This was confirmed by pallet ex. When I called on Saturday after nobody phoned me again I was told that it hadn’t arrived at the depot . Mixed messages wrong information and a lack of communication so people know what is happening.”

“Product itself is good and as expected, but the delivery service was awful. On being told a delivery date, I waited home for two full days for it still not to arrive. Upon scheduling a new delivery date - it arrived still on a different day and was left outside my house.”
