What turns up toilet seat ..rang them and was told ow that code is for only the toilet seat extra £60 for the pan after explaining the trade's description act of what was orderd was toilet with seat its not my fault that there system screwed up and now waiting a week for the rest of the order to materialises....”
“Vanity unit has nothing to do with the average review. The vanity unit is what actually brings up the review’s marks. Unfortunatrly whay lets the review down is the horrendous choice of courier service that Bathroom Mountain choose to deliver with. “Selected day” delivery became 4 days after the date I chose and when contacting Bathroom Mountain after waiting in 2 full days from the vague 8am-6pm delivery window I was told that the courier was uncontactable after 12pm on a Saturday until the Monday morning. What kind of courier takes half a weekend off? Unfortunately the poor choice of courier being used has put me off purchasing anything else from Bathroom Mountain in the future as it just isn’t reliable enough to get the job done on schedule, as much as I like the product when it did finally arrive. My only suggestion is reconsidering your courier choice for a major company willing to offer support to the customer 7 days a week before it starts to cost you more business”
“Shower door did not arrive on the chosen delivery date - rang Bathroom Mountain the following morning to ask why - no reason just 'delayed' (I'd taken a day off work and sat in between 8 & 6) asked for it to be delivered the next day as I was back at work. I got told it would be rearranged. Got a phone call mid afternoon from the driver who was on my doorstep wanting to deliver my door. Not impressed with any of that, but the shower door itself is very good.”
