“The delivery turned up on a pallet network which was left out on the road... no problems there.
When the plumber came to fit them we unboxed them, all three radiators are damaged in the same spot.”

“The radiator was delivered to my house at 7am
No one rang the door bell or asked for a signature
I got a sms message
It was pouring with rain
I realised that the radiator was there after an hour .by this time it had been drenched!”
