“Radiator arrived on a small pallet. Dropped kerbside on a main road in the pouring rain. Delivery driver refused point blantk in assisting in moving it 3 feet, out of the rain. Advised customer service of this and got dismissive reply. Wouldn't use again and wouldn't recommend either.”
