“Fits perfect. Good crafted indeed. Light weight and still robust. Maybe it should have an ordinary handle on one of the long sides instead of the one on the short side. The strap makes it easy to carry on your shoulder though.”

“Perfect fit for the instrument. Shoulder straps are good and comfortable. Could do with a hand handle in the centre position (imho), but this in no way detracts from the utility of the case. I'm very happy with it.”

“Bass Bags is one of the few companies which builds gig bags for the EWI, and as a gig bag and storage for the EWI it is invaluable. The build quality is excellent, with enough padding and hard sidedness to make sure the EWI will stay safe in transit, and plenty of additional storage for the wireless unit, cables and strap. Absolutely worth the price.”

“I love my Bassbag for my new Akai EWI 5000. The workmanship is top notch. It holds the EWI really tight and padded. Plenty of room for cables and accessories. I placed my order on Sept. 9th and received my bag on Sept. 16th. Faster that ordering in my own country (USA) The bag is much better than the hard shell case I have for my Yamaha WX-5. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an instrument bag.”

“Purchased a gig bag for my delicate ten year old Akai EWI 4000s; it’s light but strong and easy to carry with its dual strap system. The padding and outer body are robust yet light in weight and the inside is well padded with a soft surface to snugly take the instrument. The service from Bass Bags is exceptional and swift; my bag arrived within 48 hours despite me asking for a normal 3 to 5 day delivery slot. As a company they are clearly well organised and also take pride in providing good service for their customers. I would thoroughly recommend Bass Bags if you require a case for your beloved musical instrument.”
