Jose Pariente Verdejo 2025, Verdejo wine with grassy and floral notes, perfect for aperitif or with Iberico Ham, white fish, seafood and soft cheese Reviews

4.8 Rating 30 Reviews
Read Basco Fine Foods Reviews

This Verdejo wine from Jose Pariente is a classic example of the variety. It has a medium straw color and a grassy, floral aroma with good acidity, making it a fresh and slightly bitter wine with an oily texture. On the palate, you'll find herbal and mineral notes, finishing with tropical and citrus fruits. It's a great match for an aperitif or paired with Iberico ham, white fish, seafood, and soft cheese.

We first had this wine in an exclusive tapas bar in spain and liked it so much we decided to track it down on our return. We’re so glad we did as it goes well with a multitude of food.

Round oaky overtones full bodied and creamy with good length. Really good with Spanish meats and cheeses
