GRAPE VARIETY Verdejo TASTING NOTES Medium straw in the glass. Grassy and floral with good acidity making a fresh wine with a characteristic slight bitterness and oiliness. On the palate; herbal, mineral with a finish of tropical and citrus fruits. A classic example of the variety. FOOD PAIRING As an aperitif or with Iberico Ham, white fish, seafood and soft cheese.

“Aromatic, fruity & great finish. Really good Verdejo from Rueda which goes really well with fish or chicken. (We had it with Chicken Basque.) What a treat!”

“A really nice verdejo, we served it yesterday with a lobster salad. Needless to say the lobster being fresh from Cornwall was probably the best we can remember having. The pairing with the Jose Pariente Verdejo made a very good meal a Memorable one. Can't wait for more sunshine and lobster!”
