GRAPE VARIETY Verdejo TASTING NOTES Medium straw in the glass. Grassy and floral with good acidity making a fresh wine with a characteristic slight bitterness and oiliness. On the palate; herbal, mineral with a finish of tropical and citrus fruits. A classic example of the variety. FOOD PAIRING As an aperitif or with Iberico Ham, white fish, seafood and soft cheese.

“Served this , along with fino, ( also from Basco ) as an aperitif and with tapas before sitting down to paella and pig cheeks. Very unusual and refreshing wine that was loved by all. A really good find - will be ordering more.”
