Vermouth Siset is made from Parellada wine from the estate 'Mas Miquel', a former property of the Cistercian Monastery of Santes Creus. This vermouth is inspired by the Mediterranean forest surrounding the property. The wine spirit used in the production of this vermouth is from the initial soleras of their founder, Antonio Mascaro, known as Siset, and gives structure and body to this product. With an intense and bright mahogany colour and orange reflections, it has an unmistakable aroma with notes of aromatic herbs and spices. The taste is sweet and balanced, with an elegant bitter end. It's excellent as an appetizer and pairs well with all kinds of tapas. Serve with ice and garnish with an olive.
