Our take on a classic Spanish dessert: a rich, creamy cheesecake made with authentic Manchego DOP cheese. Baked at a high temperature, it develops a dark, deeply caramelised top. Each 1.5kg cake cuts into 16 slices. Defrost in the fridge the previous day and serve between 10-14°C. Consume within 6-7 days after defrosting, keeping between 0-4°C.

“Whilst the cheesecake is delicious mine arrived on the wrong day (as discussed and resolved because I was able to freeze) and then when I opened the box I realised it had been completely squashed on one side. It was for a lunch I was hosting but looked and absolute mess. Really disappointed especially considering the price”

“Very please to say that the the team behind the works is amazing and though it took a little longer to resolve the matter which was something I'm sure they will not let happen again, they took accountability and came up with a resolution. Really happy with the outcome and I can not wait to do more business with them.
