Our take on a classic Spanish dessert: rich, creamy cheesecake made with Manchego DOP cheese and baked at a high temperature for a dark, deeply caramelised top. Our ready to eat burnt manchego cheesecake is made from authentic manchego cheese DOP cream for an oozy centre that will get you to come back for more. Each cake weighs 1.5kg and cuts into 16 slices. Remove from the box with the base. Defrost in the fridge the previous day (0-4°C) y serve. Optimum consumption temperature between 10-14°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze, keep between 0-4°C and consume within 6-7 days.

“Whilst the cheesecake is delicious mine arrived on the wrong day (as discussed and resolved because I was able to freeze) and then when I opened the box I realised it had been completely squashed on one side. It was for a lunch I was hosting but looked and absolute mess. Really disappointed especially considering the price”

“Very please to say that the the team behind the works is amazing and though it took a little longer to resolve the matter which was something I'm sure they will not let happen again, they took accountability and came up with a resolution. Really happy with the outcome and I can not wait to do more business with them. The cake itself is absolutely 10/10 and I would say the same about the people running the machine, especially those who don't get as much recognition. Thank you”
