Our take on a classic Spanish dessert: a rich, creamy cheesecake made with authentic Manchego DOP cheese. Baked at a high temperature, it develops a dark, deeply caramelised top. Each 1.5kg cake cuts into 16 slices. Defrost in the fridge the previous day and serve between 10-14°C. Consume within 6-7 days after defrosting, keeping between 0-4°C.

“Whilst the cheesecake is delicious mine arrived on the wrong day (as discussed and resolved because I was able to freeze) and then when I opened the box I realised it had been completely squashed on one side. It was for a lunch I was hosting but looked and absolute mess. Really disappointed especially considering the price”

“Very please to say that the the team behind the works is amazing and though it took a little longer to resolve the matter which was something I'm sure they will not let happen again, they took accountability and came up with a resolution. Really happy with the outcome and I can not wait to do more business with them. The cake itself is absolutely 10/10 and I would say the same about the people running the machine, especially those who don't get as much recognition. Thank you”

“Utterly delicious and soft and melting in the centre. Totally different to any supermarket version I've tried. Would buy again, despite it not being at all cheap!”
