Our take on a classic Spanish dessert: a rich, creamy cheesecake made with authentic Manchego DOP cheese. Baked at a high temperature, it develops a dark, deeply caramelised top. Each 1.5kg cake cuts into 16 slices. Defrost in the fridge the previous day and serve between 10-14°C. Consume within 6-7 days after defrosting, keeping between 0-4°C.
