Our take on a classic Spanish dessert: a rich, creamy cheesecake made with authentic Manchego DOP cheese. Baked at a high temperature, it develops a dark, deeply caramelised top. Each 1.5kg cake cuts into 16 slices. Defrost in the fridge the previous day and serve between 10-14°C. Consume within 6-7 days after defrosting, keeping between 0-4°C.

“Not had them yet, saving them for Christmas, but had them before at a good friend's house and they were scrumptious. Thus prompting me to place an order. When the family come over at Christmas, I think there will be more convert's to Basco products. The cheesecake was not at all like you buy in the supermarket, on a different level completely”

“We don't usually buy desserts but the reviews persuaded us to give this a try. We are very glad we did. This cheesecake is not too sweet (always a worry) and the ultimate accolade is that my mother-in-law (who rarely eats dessert) both tried it AND had seconds!”
